Blrrpix (Blurred Pixels) Tweak

Another retro piece that spent several years (2005-2013) as a semi-finished product. As its name suggest it is an imitation of a bitmap font. What (hopefully) distinguishes it from the rest of similar fonts are the blurred edges of every pixel. When I was working on it I wasn't sure if I should stick to fixed pixel positions or not so I produced two versions. This one moves some "pixels" off their position to make characters more natural and to center acutes and carons.
